Shipping policy

Orders placed on business days ship from Wilson, North Carolina within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.

In warm months, candy can soften in transit. We pack accordingly, but if a shipment arrives in poor condition, contact us and we’ll take care of it.

To confirm before launch: carriers used, shipping rates, free-shipping threshold if any, international availability, cut-off times.

Returns

Return policy

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a photo and we’ll replace it or refund it.

Because this is a food product, unopened items are handled case by case. Reach out and we’ll work it out with you.

We collect the information you give us — name, email, shipping address, phone if you provide it — to fulfill orders and, with your permission, to send you email or text updates. We use standard analytics and advertising tools to understand how the site is used.
